Rooms are $89/night. You MUST book under that group of rooms. (Scikotics Asylum). If you have any difficulty let me know.

We have a block of 100 rooms reserved. This includes double and king rooms, smoking and non-smoking.

Parking is available next door in a secure garage at $5.50/day.

This is a 4 star hotel, much nicer than what we’ve previously stayed in.

I have secured a location about 3 blocks away for our Pre-Party and after party and all activities will be held there. This way we don’t have any troubles with the hotel staff or other guests. We’d like to be welcome back next year.

This venue (ENSO) includes a bar, dance club, and a large room with a stage. All food and entertainment will be here before, during, and after the show. The garage we will be using is right across the street from this place, so we will have bathroom access and lunch set up in the stage room on the day of the show. The stage room also have tons of sound equipment, huge drop down screens for movies/videos, and a PA system that we can use for awards. It’s a really cool place!

With everything being in a couple block area, no one has to drive other than from the hotel to the garage day of show.

Those that are under 21 will be allowed in. I do need a list of all people under 21 so that you can be put on their list to get in.
