Adjusting Ride Height on Ksport Kontrol Coils

Hello Everyone,
I've had my Ksports for almost a year now and I've gotten bored with the ride height recently. My fronts are fine, my back currently has a 2 finger comfy fingergap in the back, I want the back to be 1 angled strugglefest finger gap. I've tried adjusting the coil and nothing works. There are 4 rings left before the top ring comes off and there is still 2 fingerwidth. I realize that the Strut and Spring have to be in unison but Idk what else to do. Any help would be wonderful. Also I've called Ksport and still there is no change. And I've seen people lay frame with my coils and I don't understand what the issue is. I have also adjusted the struts out so that is not the issue.

have you taken out the adjustment rings?

Sorry, this site wouldn't load for days, no I did not if I do the spring will fully extend or something worse will happen.
