Did Goo Gone Just Ruin My Headlights?

Not too long ago i baked opened my headlights to black out the sidemarkers. after finishing there was silicone on the outside of my headlights and figured goo gone would help get rid of it but now it seems as if i stained my headlights.

is there anything to polish or fix this so it doesnt look spotted and faded?

try the meguiars headlight cleaning kit! they use a Rubbing compound with a series of sanding steps and then Buffing pads to restore the headlights! will work with your drill!

Sand and buff your headlights. You can buy the kits or bring it in to a local body shop. Had my Acura TL headlights sand/buffed out by a shop for 40 bucks. Got rid of the yellow haze.
