    Default sub box question

What do most guys do for boxes in the back of the xb to not loose much trunk space?

I believe JBL has a singal sub set up for side mounting...or find a local shop that will custom fab some boxes for ya.
I've been looking for some one to pump out some copies of what I have, and no luck.
This is what I have to keep space...
    DSCF0368.jpgDSCF0370.jpgDSCF0367.jpgkeeps everything looking clean.
But soon will all change, this Sorryxplod system really blows. I didn't pay for this, it came with da B.

I can't imagine that air space is enough for those subs. Looks clean though

Yeah, they look like that, but these subs shallows / flat subs. It's okay, but when ur other car is kicking 2 15'' subs, then this set-up really sux!!!

Yeah I've got a shallow 12" right now and going down to 2 10" in the Bitch. They will be a regular sub though instead of shallow mount so they will sound a bit better. Custom fiberglass enclusures FTW!

Does anyone have a link to a thorough tutorial on making custom fiberglass enclosures? I'm planning to try building one over spring break. It will be my first fiberglass project. I found this one: Step By Step Fiberglass but since I've never done it, it's impossible for me to know if they skipped or skimmed on important details. I want to make a sub enclosure for the little cubbie on the left side of the cargo area.

i agree with chewy , shallow subs for these would be the best way to go unless your going for big bass, then space is not going to be your biggest concern

im going to be attempting my own fiberglass box as well going off this write up http://www.instructables.com/id/How-...Subwoofer-Box/ but i also found a site that sells the driver side or passenger side and i am trying to weigh out if it would be better to buy one or spend the cash and make it. http://fgseonline.com/scion-08-11-sc-xb-10rp.html
