whats the stupidest thing you ever heard about your car?

mine is i pulled in to a gas station and these older guys were starin at my car

one of the guys: what kinda of car is that?

Me: Scion

The Guy: ski-on?

Me: Sci-On

The guy: is it electric? (as he laughs)

Me: no but its get better gas milage than your dodge

(he didn't say anything more till i got out of the gas station)

The Guy: oh yeah well what does it want to be when it grows up?

i just walked away. i can't stain idiots. oh well thats my story

^^ It's the eyebrows... the new 3/5 series have very similar looking headlight housings with the reflective eyebrowse.

One of my friends had seen the pictures of mine and asked about them if they were similar to the BMW ones...

At the state fair last year, I walked up to the Scion booth and talked to them about the cars...they asked what i had, I told them Scion xA RS 1.0.... They said they never heard of it....I was like WTF?? Then they asked the others presenting in the booth, said they didn't make it...

I told all 3 of them they needed to go Nissan booth cause they didn't know jack about Scions... Then I took all their keychains :-)

I've had tons of "Is that a hybrid?" and I think even more, " Oh, that is such a cute car!!" :oops:

I get the same Ski-on thing to....right down to "Is it electric?" But I don't get hassled about growing up since it will spank most of theirs......I get complimetns from the guys that drive the dodges..... pulled in a gass station the otehr day and a guy in an old chevy s-10, actually spun around after leaving to tell me he loved my car.....

its sad that people can't say SCION they have to say SKI-ON. that just disappoints me lol i think of it this way, we have something better and they can't even pronounce it. idk if that makes any sence...lol :crazy:

I actually have gotten some noce compliments on my car even though they have to ask what kinda car is that... my boss has the never ending ones but it's cool cause they'r funny and he writes my fat checks and bonuses.. so yea i laugh all the way to the bank
