Ok, i got my box of 100sq ft. of R-Blox Sound Reinforcement yesterday. It's just like dynamat and i've installed that before but this is a BIG ROLL of stuff and i wanna cover all the important parts of the car without weighing the WHOLE car down!.. I know you put it everywhere that rattles, and i'd like to do the whole car, but i dont want to make it that heavy..

Is there a certain way you're supposed to install this stuff for a job this big? As far as doing the WHOLE car.. It's pretty heavy stuff.. and the tc is already pretty damn heavy but i do have rattles and the stuff was sponsored so im gonna use it! haha

How did you install your dynamat before?

I normally precut the sections, then preheat the material to make it soft. Once its a decent temperature, not smoldering, apply it to the area your working on. You might have to purchas a heat gun from Lowes or Home Depot, if they have them. Dont use a hair dryer, those will just brake before you get your car done.
