Well most of you know me by now, but ill recap whats been done so far. ALL WORK was done by me.. I bought the car winter of Jan. 08, looked like this May 08

A few things came in today..
My regulator came and I decided to start think about where to mount it.. I think im deciding on either mounting it using the bolts that hold the fuel rail on or just having it welded on and use aluminum.
For the bracket Im just going to do something simple.. something like this.
I might decide to mount this on the firewall along with the vac block and just make a new bigger bracket there. didnt decide on what im going to do.. its going to be quite heavy in the end so I might go with the firewall mount

Pipe that im going to weld in in place of the straight section on my intercooler pipe to get rid of the old flange. Along with the fuel pump Walbro 255lph

Looked at where I could put my return, I think im just going to cut the metal support plate here and then throw the bulkhead in the plastic for the fuel pump.. if the holder has a open spot there.

the launching is hard on them. especially FWD. the MPH in the 1/4 would be fun to see

Picked up and made a few things over the past few weeks, and jegs was quick to send me a brand new gauge, thumbs up to them.
Exhaust manifold had them lay some pretty thick welds to hopefully hold it together for another year.

My hot side pipe right before the TB, much better way to do the BOV flange instead of just sink it in. Decided to just cut out that chunk and weld a new straight section in to cut down turbulence before the maf. Looks pretty promising

Made a new bracket to extend it enough to fit the fuel regulator on it along with my vacuum block and boost sensor.

Any reason why you're not using a cast manifold? The plumbing manifolds always warped and cracked on me within 500 miles. The cast one has over 30,000 miles on it now running 22 ibs o boost. Wish I kept that car.

Just never dipped into them, I plan on getting a new custom mani here soon to get rid of the top mount setup. The problem with mine is that its just its just a poor design.. I thought about going cast, but I dont know if I want to go that direction. I just need a better built manifold.

ha, well I already have the 9.5 wide rims.. so yeah I could do some fender work and throw on the right size tires.. :) No on the axle's for now, I dont plan on doing a lot from a dig so I should have to worry about the stocks giving.

Put almost everything back together today and started it to see how the blow-thru setup was going to work! couldn't be any better! Need to work on the fuel system whenever I get the chance and change a few other things around.. not too much left for this winter.

Its an addiction, im a sick sick person! Spending money I really dont have haha.. blah! and no Ive been taking a break and im going to trailer it up north this upcoming weekend so I can finish up the fuel system and VHT the tails and completely cut/roll the fenders flat and put the coils in! so I should have some pics for ya soon! If I dont get loaded with homework this week. :kid:

I was able to get the hood and bumper painted and my tail lights tinted this busy weekend... 2 coats of vht on the tails and 3 on the 3rd brake light. not bad for not touching a spray gun or doing any body work for 2 years.. like riding a bike. Filled in the front plate holes fixed a small dent in the hood and got rid of all those damn rockchips.

The point is, it's Carbon Fiber! LOL

I like the look of the lip, the dimensions, the depth it adds to the front....

But not in the color... the bronze of the wheels is reflected nicely in the sides of your car... the black CF just kind of dulls that down, takes some of the pop out of it...

Oh yeah I was rubbing untill I took a nice hammer and a chunck of wood to my fenders and got rid of the slpash gaurds and side bumper clips. I only have the 4 clips under the hood holdin the bumper on so I can take it off without any tools if I need to.. I still rub on my bumper when I turn sharp at a good speed.. But no big deal! :D

its on the dyno chart ;) I have a small boost creep up to 11 lbs... im not done yet!!! I was running out of fuel so I ordered a new bypass plug and im turning it up another 3 lbs to hit atleast 330hp :lalala:
