new taillight mod

So, I got a real good deal on a set of stock tails and decided to do some modding.....

1.) Opened them up with the dremel......

2.) Taped off the reflective parts I needed to keep......

3.) Painted everything else black.....

4.) Final product with lens back on and sealed....

Now all I gotta do is start on the other one. I ordered a 15 led replacement bulb for the reverse light. Gonna be a nice, subtle mod that cost under $75 for everything.

i wanna see that on the car! on my extra set of stock tails i switched the turn and parking/brake lights, looks a lot better that way, IMO

Yup.... looks like I'm single again.... so the mods might start increasing even more, lol.
I actually like the all red lens, I just wanted to tone it down without having to use overlays. Makes it alot more subtle, prolly only tc owners will even notice.

Talk to Mike, he said we could use it. But I will be using my landlords, because he used to work at a body shop and has a gun and compressor in his barn, and its alot closer than driving all the way out to John's or Blakes, and deff Zacks...So thats what I'll be using. You might see some finished products by Friday...

If you pick up a spare set of stocks, I'll help you mod them. If you're going to the poker run tomorrow, you can take a look at them. They aren't perfect but I know what it would take to make them show quality.
