i would say he is referring to Port and Polish if u have the means to do it urself go for it, wouldnt pay for it, wouldnt imagine the gains would be that much for the expense
also have no idea if the tc manifold is plastic like the xb or not??

o0o0o ok got you! yea the intake mani is plastic so there is no P&P there. Yeah I would do it myself if I had the choice. The only thing you are really doing is just knocking down the rough castings

I would have to agree with chris on this. However the TB is already pretty smooth for the tc and not much to work with imho. A better option i think would be to source a larger TB from another car. making it work will be pretty hard to do but can be done, also will cost ya a few bucks...

wow didnt think you could do much on em (atleast the tc) but I suppose the casting could be trimmed.

Not sure. He would need to see one, take it apart, flow a chamber, port, flow, port, etc....
He picks up 13whp on the LS series engines from porting

I can see how he did it on the LS series intake manny with the ports being so close to one another. But im sure it would be difficult to manage ours. Maybe you could hook me up with him so I could send one out to him and get him to port it and he can take up the 2az IM along with the LS motors. If it does well that is
