I just got back from Ames, IA this weekend and a Scott brought one. they look cool (kinda), but i hate the inside. yeah it might have a tc motor in it, but i'd rather roll my TRUE xb. the new one is no way boxy enough to even be called an xb!

^^^I agree. I think they are much more solid than the Gen 1, but that is my opinion and everyone is entitled to them. I couldn't be happier with my new Gen 2.

The xB2 looks great with rims (especially if it's lowered) but the pic above almost looks like a VW GTI. Cool car still prefer the xB "Classic". :up:

They look good after you dump alot of cash in it. Sorry though, Itll still always be a soccer mom type of vehicle. Shoulda kept it unique and boxy, good on gas, and youth oriented (cheaper)

I really don't know, lol! When I first started seeing them, I didn't like them cuz they just looked like a van. But then I started seeing some fixed up ones and started falling in love. Then I seen a white one all fixed up, so I went trade in my 04. I know, I'm a loser, lol, but I couldn't be happier with it.......well maybe after rims, tint, cai, header, exhaust, dro...................you get the picture, lol!

That's cool :clap: I know what you mean about them growing on you. I got to look at one driving for about 500 miles. The longer you look, the faster you like.

I agree not everyone will like it for an xB, but when you see them lowered with some rims, its only a matter of time and you start to like it.

Where can I get that lip kit? The thing the new xB's need the most to me is something to bring the bottom of the body down a little more.

That's the 5 axis lip that can be purchased from any dealer or any dealer site. Currently that's the only way to get it. There's lips and bodykits in the work for the new xB's though.

I hope some come out, it seems the Five Axis kit is available only through the Scion Optomize program, but it's so expensive, I think they want like $1,400 unpainted, which is too much for me right now.

I'll just have to stick with some rims, lowering springs, and the optional taillights.
