Why So Cheap

I'm looking at this auction, at first i though it was piping and intercooler, but its everything, well minus a few things but all the basics nonetheless. So why is it so cheap?

Huge problem - lack of a manifold. That's a big part of it.

No Fuel management, no Injectors.

That piping will NOT fit.

So they left out all the expensive stuff and are selling the might work stuff...okay I see...

Not that I plan on buying it, but would it be worth it at all? Because i know I've seen ICs for more than that price...

I wouldn't trust it - you don't know the quality of the manufacturerer of the turbo and the piping. I bet that turbo will last less than 1000 miles.

If you want to build your own buy the pieces individualy. When I was driving DSMs (eclipses,talons,evos,) I ordered my stuff from slowboy racing. Decently priced and good guys to work with. They sell individual turbos and such.
