my boy has this rims for a while and i was thinking to swap rims, but i think all 4 rims have mold or something... will this come out? if it does, will the chrome stay or will peel of?

Looks like your buddy ran those wheels in the winter. Metal looks pitted from the road salt.

Hard to tell how bad they are from the picture. I am going to assume that they are a chrome wheel and not polished. The cost to fix them might outweigh what they are worth.
