I'll start it out two 15 inch carbon fiber high excursion Funkin Audio woofers in a huge box that replaces the back seat slot ported and tuned to 32 hrz in my tiny XA

Kinetik D800 power celll

Orion HCCA D2400 amplifier

High output alternator.

Pioneer DEH-p5800MP cd player

We averaged about a 144db on the termlab with the (2) 15 inch oz audios in the xb. But we just changed to (8) bazooka tx 10s and added a extra amp but it hasnt been metered yet. You can check my website www.teamaudiofusion.com (http://www.teamaudiofusion.com) for pics.

on another note I will be adding an orion D5000 soon they are redesighning the amps right now I'd say the orion HCCA amps are a great buy for the money. D1200 and above if you go over a D1200 on an Xa or XB it's time for a new high output alternator.


I am very anxious to see the SPL level with that massive amplifier who knows I might set a new mark or blow my subs trying to do it lol.

I am seeing some real high spl numbers thats awesome just make sure you get a good reading before posting them here are the current world records in all classes for refrence. http://www.soundoff.org/result.htm glad to see some heavy systems are being put in the scions for sure I definentley know I am seriousley underpowering my 2 15's. I've definenltey gotta get the new amp as soon as it is redesighned. Everyhting else is done the big three and a highoutput alternator ect ect. I know I need alot more wattage to take my subs to their potential.

huber is a smart man and followed the same line I did I see gotta give those woofers plenty of room to breath and I like that. I like the size of the box it requires less wattage to get the big boom. one thing I hate to see on a car is high SPL woofers and a huge amp and a little box. good job huber with the airspace. I posted some updated pics in myspace today you can see the whole back seat replaced in a slot ported enclosure I think you guys will be impressed.

The secret to big bass has been the same for along time good woofers boxes with big airspace and a good amplifier. oh and anyone looking at my myspace page the woofers I have in the box are 15 inch made by funkin audio they are carbon fiber. sold yesterday I need to have surgery soon.
