I don't think I understand the concept of "done".
We haven't even finished the current install, and are already talking about what's next.
Edit: forgot to add, nice work. cool looking box.

just my opinion here I would clean up those wires on the amp crimp on some nice spade connectors let some rosin 40/40 suck down in them you'll thank me later for the extra points at shows unless you have a diffrent plan to conceal the wires alltogether bump for building a bigger box than most people do for 12's that will maxamize your wattage. I recentley heard a set of kicker 12's they make pretty descent bass. bump for the box desighn it flows nicley. bump for the airspace. I'm still a little back and fourth on kicker right now but they are pretty solid subs. I'm more into SPL. I would like to see more SPL stuff from kicker come out to test. but so far so good I like it.

i also made a trim panel for the amp, so none of that will be seen, jsut the amp itself

Don, you know it will never be "done". no matter who says that they are "done" with something, they never are. it should be "done, for now".
looking good. how does it sound?

speaking from experience bill???
sounds good, minus the air leak from where the pass side sub doesnt sit flush.......

well without having to refiberglass or do more sanding remove the sub on the rim where it is leaking carefulley use a small bead of clear silicone you have gotta do it very carfulley or it will show then rescrew it down as tight as you can and let it cure overnight the only other solution is just to buy a sheet of rubber from grainger in black cut it out the size of the subs outer rim and then rescrew it down it should seal the sub just like a gasket. I have seen both methods used on fiberglass boxes with better results from buying a sheet of thin rubber. just trying to help ya out with that issue. I usually don't reccomend clear silicone because people get sloppy with it and use to much and it ruins there look. but if you have some serious skills and the patience it can be used to seal the airleak permanentley. just give it enough cure time but I think you would be better off using rubber if you have never done this process before. and I think it's pretty cool your covering the amp and the wires remember 12 volt light up computer fans can be modified to work so you can still maintain good amplifier cooling and get a nice glow effect. there are so many ways to get creative with stereo's thats what makes them so interesting to me.
