mirror turn signels as running lights

just wondering if any 1 has tried this yet? i did the led swap and hate them just being seen when i turn or lock my car lol. im gonna try and wire them to a switch i think or to the running lights

It would just be a matter if wiring. There are plenty of trucks out there that run mirror lights full time. Just be carefull, in most states, if it can be seen from the rear of the vehicle,(which they can because of the side overhang), the lights must be only red or amber.

Personally, I don't think it would look too bad. I did the LED swap too and I wish that more people could see the white.

Wouldn't it be a bit bright... I mean when I turn my signals on, they are pretty bright and I think it would be a bit bothersome when I'm driving at night because they are so bright.

bothersome to me? i dont think so im trying to find a switch that wll fit in the stock locations but i cant find one anywhere, oz,ebay no where any ideas?:bash:
