Fog mod

Thanks to Rainbowflag i aquired some used fogs and took them to another level. I am not big on the "yellow" lense i think it looks cheap and it would look horrible with my blue paint. so i opted for a yellow bulb and decided to black out my housing. I also put on a vrd knock off grill with vvti badge. im STILL waiting on my tein stechs to show up this is what boredom will get you.

Very Nice job, They look alot cleaner that way. Now I can order my fog lights and do something similar. I am also going to put H.I.D.s in them. I did the same thing with my headlights when i baked them apart for the angel eyes. I blacked out most of the reflector on the side and also the chrome eyebrow on the inside. Its smooth and the paint matches the plastic already in there.

and what kind of paint did you use inside your headlight. i was thinking krylon fusion idk what kind of heat it can handle my new lights are 55watt 10k

The H.I.D.s are supposed to put off less heat but i dont know.

As far as the paint, i used the duplicolor paint at autozone. I dont remember the color i used but i am pretty sure its called "phantom gray". the lid is black with a silver sparkle. the paint isnt as silverish as the cap looks so dont worry.
