strobe lights ! where should i get them ?

I dont know about cheap but there is a place where i live that installs all that stuff on the cop cars. I will swing by and get some prices for you

try swps.net or awdirect.com. u can get them on ebay too. I use whelen strobes on mine. six head strobe pack, six lights and six cables.

I don't say this a lot or often. But E-Bay is a great place for the grill lights. You can spend a lot of money on actual Police LED lights bars. There are tons of options on their for much less and they work just fine.... Mine are 12.99 a pair off of e-bay! Take a peek!

If I could remember... LOL I did an e-bay motors search for the lights... lots of choices, most from Hong Kong... I went with the 2 x 22 led strobes. If you type that in the search engine you should find tons of choices...

One place you can get all your wig wags (strobes), lightbars, relays or whatever you need is a site called galls.com That's where we would order the equiptment for our units. Now I know nothing about the prices because the government footed the bill but if you want the no s**t real deal wig wags then thats the place to go.

first off, wig wags are not strobes, they are 2 different things.
secondly, galls is a brand, a lack luster brand at that, not a distributer.

if your not gona pay for whelen or tomar then just go on ebay and order from hongkong. i cant recommend a site because i always bought my stuff used from random forums. if the stuff isnt dead when they pull it from a car, it wont die anytime soon. (most patrol cars get updated every few years because we keep paying our taxes)

option 2 is to find a friend who installs lights on cop cars, they always have a back room full of unused parts and more often then not you can talk their bosses into selling you the stuff for the low-low.

my tC had 3 csp690s 18 bulbs of different size/shape/color and 7 tomar rect13ls plus a few other things and i had less then $500 in it all.

have you checked out galls.com, they are a distributor. I have shopped at both galls and swps in person. galls had more of a show room, and plenty of automatic rifles on the wall.

i've ordered quite a bit of lights from this site http://www.speedtechlights.com/ and have never had a problem before. I do a lot of the installs for the firefighters in my company as well as some of the surrounding companies. Whelen by far is the best lights you can get but they can get pricey.

yea i can also vouch for speedtechlights. bought some linear lights from them and they are super bright. but for $60 a light it was out of my price range but not for my buddy. they are really easy to install and they have like 60 different flash patterns.
