really, really strange problem

All of the sudden when I turn my ignition in my car the horn honks 3 times, but these are 3 very brief honks and this has never happened before
I have done nothing to the car in a while and all this started today

its the 40 dollar ebay fog lights you bought!!!, your car hates you for it.....no joking, but you have an electrical issue clearly, wish i could point you in the right direction man, you havent done any wiring lately??

I figured it out, when toyota gave me the wrong bluetooth, they wired it right next to where my foot swings out when i get out of the car, i dug around and found that I kicked out the wires,

ill have them fix it and not be so lazy lol
