what sucks is they aren't going to make it with the exhaust in the middle. I think that looks dope. That's what makes the rear different...besides the splitters

The biggest debate was on the rear lip exhaust opening. Based on your initial feedback, we will go with a simplified lower rear lip that keeps the stock exhaust opening. Besides, I need something original on my car and the center exhaust will be it! PLEASE DON'T ASK IF YOU CAN HAVE A "SPECIAL ONE" MADE FOR YOU W/ THE CENTER EXHAUST. THE ANSWER IS :no:

I have been looking for a lip kit. Depending on the price, this may be an option. I vote no to splitters. The reason I like the kit is because it is so clean. The splitters detract from the clean look.

Then they got NOTHIN'... the splitters are cool though. Thats actually a really clean car, (even though that kit doesn't make it look a lot different than stock) I saw it at the 5 axis show in huntington beach.

Thank god Five Axis listens to the customer....I saw the tC at the Miami event and as soon as I got back I called Troy and asked if he would be making the kit. I am so glad there were others! Hell I even asked the Cali crew to get me pictures when they went to the Five Axis show...in hopes that I could get them made here some how.

The reason is that a center exhaust style would require a real center exhaust. They probably figure that the people willing to go through that much work (for a lip kit) are few and far between. They can sell a whole lot more and make more people happy with a more conservative style.

I talked to Troy about the center exhaust too and he also mentioned that they were having a few issues with the heat that was built up and what it was doing to the material.

Yeah, he mentioned it last time I spoke to him. I think if you are running central exhaust, you have to prefab the rear bumper with a sort of heat shield or something. Its kind of wierd because you wouldn't think it would be that big of a deal moving from where the exhaust is now.
