moonroof wont close all the way

ive been experiencing this problem with my 05 tc for some time now. i close the moonroof all the way, but there is about 1/2 inch gap on one side and a few millimeters on the other.

i can get it to close a little more if i push it with my hand, but not completely. the wind howls and water leaks in.

any recommendations on what to do?

Take it in somewhere to get it put back on the track? lol. Thats all you can do

You are going to need a new motor for the moon roof. A member in my chapter had that issue as well. Turns out the motor was on its last leg.

also,check inside ur track for anything stopping it from going all the way..check and see if ur warrenty covers it at the dealer..
