Yup, it's called an underbrace... It acts like a subframe connector to keep your rails/frame stiff. It's a nice little add-on and definately helps. Mix that with a progress sway kit and a good front strut bar and you got yourself a well handling machine.. well of course given the fact you've already swapped the suspension out lol

Btw they can be had at JSCSPEED (http://www.jscspeed.com/scion/scion_base.html?/scion/suspension/cusco_underbarx_xb.htm) that's where I bought mine...

^^ Ya, was just going to say, I think Cusco makes them. There's another piece too.

Cusco makes the best ones from what I've researched and that's what most people are riding... The other piece you see is the version 1, the version 2 has more tensile strength and helps you handle "mo betta"... I hate the fact that it's blue.. doesn't match my scheme but then again no one will ever see it lol

It will help stiffen the frame regardless of suspension type... however it's mostly useful in cornering/etc which i don't assume you're going to be cornering hard in a bagged ride lol POP

Hello all, first post. I liked the brace in the first picture, but all the references on where to get it are pointing to FRONT strut braces. This looks to be on the rear? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I already have te APR front brace and would like the rear one to go w/the whiteline bar I have on order. If I'm right, does anyone know where you can get that one, the only other one I saw was a TRD one on SL.

Btw, I put the cusco brace on the other day.. totally helps in cornering. i love it.. mix it with a strut bar + rear sway kit and some good suspension and this baby will handle!

GTWORX.COM, they are backordered til the end of this month, so if you order one you should get it in a couple of weeks.
