Im willing to come pick them up if that is better, ive got a place close to arkansas and can stay there on the way back. And are they the stock tC rims or the factory 7 spoke ones???

They are the stock TC 17-inch rims -- If thats the case you can come look at the bumper and the wheels -- we can figure prices and all that then.
