well here's how it went, wife was bumping and the amp went out, got it home and checked the fuses, they were both good, so i checked the power at the amp with the fuses in and the power hooked up and it was showing 2.15 volts. with 11.5 on the remote wire. i then unhooked the power from the batery and then tested again at the amp. then it showed 9.41 volts not even hooked up to the battery, then being realy confused i unhooked everything from the amp and tested the wires with the head unit off. nothing on any of the wires but again i was pulling close to 10 volts out of the amp. got to checking and it is holding the power in the internal cap in the amp. so the amp is popped and my system is down, got it all figued out now. sux though
