i seen this piece off hose for sale on ebay and the person claims its to bypass the coolant in the throttle body to make the air flowing into the engine colder. it make sense if it realy heats up the throttle body that much to heat the air goin in.what do you guys think heres the link

Toyota made the engine the way they did for a reason. I suspect that it is to help reduce the time it takes for the engine to warm up on cold starts, but that is just a guess. With the speed that air is rushing into your engine, it is in contact with the warm throttle body for a fraction of a second so it won't have much of an effect on the incoming air temperature regardless. You would be better off spending your money on heat shielding and helping to evacuate the hot air from under the hood of your car.

Your best bet is to leave it alone. You wont see or feel any difference
