So we're going to start working on a plan to have a Summer Car show here in the AV (SoCaL) and I was just wondering when is the best time for the majority of people (who ever would be down to roll out) to make it to a SUMMER CAR SHOW? I know there are many shows during the summer for everyone here in Cali. so thats why I'm asking early. We need to get some input, and figure out the best time to get an OUTSTANDING turnout. This would be the first show for our chapter, so it would be the thing that helped get the chapter up, running, and some credibility as far as participation! We want the weather to be nice (no rain or snow), so people don't get stuck trying to come from wherever they are coming from also.
If you have any input on this, I would greatly appreciate it. I know it will be impossible to fit into everyones schedule, but hopefully we can pick a good date for most people.
