exhaust is most noticeable and isnt too expensive depending on which one you get (i got a megan racing catback for $320 shipped from http://www.hopupracing.com/meracatbaexs.html. if you race all the time (autox not drag) then coilovers but if not then save yourself $1,000 and get lowering springs. you can pick up Tein S-techs here http://www.nurspec.com/product-detail/900/6614/Tein_S_tech_Scion_tC.aspx for $185.

exhaust = 300-500 depending the setup
springs = 100-200 depending the brand
coilovers = 1000-2000 depending the qaulity (never cheap out on this)
c/f lip kit = 700-900

depending on how broke you are, your best bet would be to just lower it first

a big side note!!!!!!!!!!!! do not ebay any of this!!!!!!, you truely do get what you pay for....dont go with a no name ebay performance mod, just dont.

yea thats what i had read on another forum, but my concern is ride quality since its a small drop to begin with i might go lower later on
