Do you any of you remember if this was what the new xB looked like, my memory is horrible but this looks familiar.

More like this one Jon. Just add a extra foot or so to the end. They changed the front end look and extended the rear. Plus we had the 5 axis kit so it might look like your pick in stock trim.

i was not at Miami so i have no idea which one looks like what was unveiled but the second one (the black one) is just the Toyota (Japan market) bB which i thought, according to Scion, was NOT going to be the xB.

(For those of you having déjÃ✈ vu, i posted this basic comment on the other xB (round) thread before i found this one. ;) )

i will say that i like the first one, Jon's post, a lot better. it's truer to the xB in my opinion. the bB (second pic) looks like a cross between and xA and (gag-choke-cough) a PT Cruiser.

It's not. The rear end is extended by at least one foot. And there interiors are different. Basicaly they hacked the back of a bB put an extended rear end with vertical tailights instead of the horizontal bB lights. And made sutle body cue changes.

I stole it from a thread on SL and there wasn't any info with it. But the more I look at it the more I think that is the new xB.
It's hard to picture it without a body kit but I really do think that one is it.

Jon I think the rear-end was longer. Plus that is a angle shot. Distorts it a little.

again, i wasn't at Miami so i really don't know but if you look deeper at that car, it's a six-passenger (3 row seats) vehicle which screams "soccer-mom mini-van"....not the audience Scion has been targeting to date.

i spent quite a while surfing the Japanese Toyota earlier this week. getting around the site was fairly tough because i don't read any Japanese but after clicking everything on the site eventually came accross this link which seems to be a clickable lineup of all models they offer in Japan.

The two pics of the new xB look pretty close to the one I saw in Miami...I can't remember exactly, and with all the mods they had it's hard to picture it, but those are pretty close...
As for the pics of the Japanese cars that may be the xD, those don't look so close to me.

This rendering is by far the cleanest, sleekest xB I have ever seen. Someone should definitely do their xB up like this...its just unspeakably wicked! Wonder if who did this could do some ideas for the tC.
