Morning All....

Just thought I would let you all know that Amber from NC had an accident, she fell asleep on the drive home and rolled her tC... Good thing and what really matters is that she is OK, some cuts and bruises. She is currently in TN waiting on Enterprise to deliver a rental car... and getting a hotel room and getting some sleep!

Im glad to her she is ok.. Now, from my experience hanging upside down wth the seatbelt holding you up is pretty fun. granted when I did it I was in a controlled environment in an up-armored humvee simulator, with body armor, knee and elbow pads, and a helmet.

I assure you, it is DEFINITELY not fun! :up: Been there. My brother rolled his car and I was in the passenger seat. It was terrifying.

ParkJotC and I are in Nashvile and are trying to help. Weve talked to Amber and we thought we had everything taken care of as Jay and I were gonna roll out there and help strip her car for her. But the wrecking yard wont let her get at the car after 6 and I dont get off work till 6:30 and she is 100 miles from us.Jay hasnt slept since he got back from Asylum and I dont think it would be a good idea for him to try to make it alone and end up with two stranded scikos or worse. I send this too anyone that can make it to Crossville (exit 317 on I-40) in time to help her out. Sorry Amber Jay and I are trying everything we can.

well much love to amber for alot of things she did this weekend. pretty much left around almost 6pm from tulsa.. me and amber were ok and going fine. she lead the way till our first stop then after that I took the lead. we were taking pics..*ill load them up later too tired still* and having fun talking as we drove down the 40. after a few crazy hours.. her car had a issue.. the o2 sensor on the top of the header area came completely out.. how we dont know. so i had to hand tight it back in.. then it came off again not even 5 mins down.. so i used some maskin tape to line the threads for temp hold till we made the 26mile drive with hazards to the nearest walmart to get it on there. After a lil 500 degree teflon thread tape and a pair of pliers n flashlights.. we got it on with no issues. after this we drove more and we both then were feeling the effects of sleep with our eyes burning.. we then pulled over to a truck stop outside of jackson tn and ate food then passed out for a hour nap. we then continued to drive more and started to feel the effects again.. so i pulled over to get more energy drinks out my trunk..*which is why Alicia was awake a long time sunday!! LMAO* and she grabbed a monster and a 5 hr shot. well we were doing good to nashville and i offered her a way to take a nap before she left but she was wide awake and drove on.. we split off at the 440 n 65 split in nashville.. i am still feeling the effects of the drive and gonna pass back out again... i feel bad cause i couldnt get out there with any good tools to help get those headers/intake off. james was stuck at work and i could barely drive home from work. i wanted to pop a 5 hr and drive there but wouldnt have enough tools to get them off since mine were stolen. i then contacted a few that i knew to see if they could help out in anyway possible and they were either out of town, or at work till late.. and stupid yard wouldnt let us touch it after 6. too bad i couldnt get on it early morning but i have work. so i hope all that gets added to the money for another tc homegirl cause you rock!!! much love to ya and hit me up anytime.. and if i do come across on where they send that car after the insurance gets it.. trust me i will find a way to get to it and strip it out for you. cause im sure ill have peeps with tools then to help yank them parts off. *hoping it gets sent to a place near me to do that*...
well back to bed since my eyes are burning still and i need more sleep before work in 6 hrs.. Scikotics FTW!!

Be careful if you do that. Mileage is stored in the gauge cluster. Swapping in the different cluster will affect the mileage indicated on your car.

We got another switch off a totalled 05 tC at the dealership,just switched them out and re-soldered the LED's back on....all good. You will always have a piece of me wherever you go..... LMAO

as much as that car does look nice..there is two things i believe amber will agree with me on.. 1. Its AUTOMATIC... she loves 5 speed as much as I DO! lol.. and 2. Its already got too much stuff done that isnt something done by herself to what she wants and would be a waste to get it and strip it down to overhaul it to make it what she looks to do to it. but just in my opinion here... cause after talking and chilling with amber all weekend and most of the trip back and even after the flippin of her car.. i can tell she is one true tc lover and is in a way like me.. wants to do more to the car but in our own way and not done by someone else up already..takes the fun out of it all .. but still glad she is ok.. i made her go bah humbug on my car cause i sent a pic of it all nice and cleaned up with 3 layers of wax to make it really bling bling after cleaning all the bugs from the trip off it. Ill post those pics up laters too.

getting a new one at the stealership next week
gonna go with black
then get super dark tint, all black interior with only dash etc painted purple
smoked tails, TBL and maybe light smoke on the headlights
gunmetal Enkei wheels that you can get from the dealership
and s techs again then UV glow everywhere...
maybe some sweet ghost flames later on

its looks so sick in my head

its all about cosmetics this time around no more random stuff
i can do performance later :)
