Tell me what you think of the shots i got so far!
I didn't do the regular snap shot of the cars, i did HDR instead.
Thats why i was walking around with a tripod all day.
Google HDR if you not too familiar with it.

well ill post a pic of what happened to mine also....on my way to DAllas i hit this big pot hole...and my bumper unwelded so from the bouncing it was coming apart even more...we stopped couple of hrs on our drive and bought some ropes and tied that mofo to the grille and the body of the car...so it would be bouncing and completely fall off....lol
remove the emblem too to run the rope through it!!!!

but once i get me some sleep ill get her jaw fixed......
i had to put some cleaning rags on them so it wouldnt really scratch the paint..but it did hold the bumper really good....

just wanted to note that the TRD strut brace i got from the dj dude took me over 2 hours to get on cause it didnt bolt right up at all.. we had to shave some of the holes over some to get it even on.. and my cowl part isnt sitting all the way down unless the hood is closed.. ill take pics but man i wonder if that was even made for my car :blink: but loving the pics and all... i took 2 of them.. one of my own shots and one of clevengers pics of my car to do something to them and came up with this..

Ya, I have been doing some research all day today. Some of the shots I have seen are just amazing! Def going to have to get my hands on some RAW editing software and some HDR software!! FO SHO!! :up:

lol well i dont have HDR software.. i use paint shop pro 9 with a few filterings and touch up brushes and a few highlight/shadow setups and also a good clarity setting with a touch up on sharpness and all.. ok ok so there is alot i use in such a short time to make the picture that way but im so use to it that its like nothing to do in 5 to 10 mins depending on how much i go at it... but yeah ben that hdr stuff you are doing is great! gonna have to find out if im even needing to tweak a few of my settings to get that out of mine.

This thread is truely awesome. The pics, the vids, and the stories have kept me busy reading for hours as well as looking for more. Nothing can compare tho to actually being there! I have been a car guy for my entire life and I have experienced lots of shows over the years. None of the shows I went to tho felt like this one. It was like attending one gigantic family reunion with a carshow to boot! I really do apreciate everyone I met and for making me feel so welcome.

This being said, I would be honored to be called a Scikotic and I hope to help and eventually join the chapter here in St. Louis. You guys are the best and I'm glad to call you friends.
