I know that on the xBs, you have to cut the bumpstops. Maybe its the same on tCs.

Check the nut on top of the strut, if it sounds like a grinding noise that's probably the problem.

You really need to trim the bumpstops some, especially with stock shocks and struts you might need to trim them alot.

I looked for my bumpstops and call me a tard but I couldnt find them. I know you are supposed to trim them in half on the s-techs but like i said I didn't see them. I haven't had any issues at all and there are no noise or vibrations from mine. Dont know Didd maybe you should read this homie......http://www.tein.com/counterfeit/warning.html

it's the nut on top of the struts find out the tourque specifications and borrow a tourque wrench from autozone with their loaner tool program and tourque it down correctley and it should solve your problem also just double check and make sure the spring is properley seated at the bottom of the strut but I am guessing about 90 percent chance it is the bolts on top of the struts they just aren't tourqued down right.I had that same probelm with a honda when I was 16 took me about two weeks to figure out I didn't have them tourqued correctley. after driving a bit too tighten all bolts again they will loosen a bit until everything is seated properley not the top bolt on top of the strut that you tourqued but the surrounding bolts. good luck hope that fixes your issue
