Asylum Pre-Party Info

I just wanted to say that the Pre-Party this year is going to be off the hook!!!

We are having it in an area of Tulsa called Brookside, a "hip" side of town not too far away from the hotel that has a ton of bars, clubs & restaurants.

We were working on getting street parking for everyone, but instead,

We will be closing off 3 blocks of a 4 lane street to fill with nothing but Scions! This area is in the heart of this district. We are working out deals with VIP areas for scion owners in many restaurants, clubs & bars!

More details to come but everyone will want to make sure they are here in time for the Pre-Party!!!



We've got some really cool businesses that are going to be a big part of this, here you go:

Sharky’s of Brookside- back room will be closed off with separate bar, pool tables, & shuffleboard just for Asylum attendees. Must be 18+. Free drink coupons will be given to 21+ members.

What is the latest that cars can show up and still park in the zoned off area? I have family that lives like 30 minutes out of Tulsa and I promised them we would drive to their place and have dinner. I am hoping to hit the pre-party after spending time with my family.

Speaking to those UNDER 21 or 18 or whatever:
Honestly, my chapter will go eat and have just a couple drinks when meeting up with people, then we'll be out by the cars hanging out. I know a lot of people (especially those who've been to Asylum in years past) that said they aren't drinking much - unless it's back at the hotel - on Friday this year. No worries, there will ALWAYS be people! :up:


Alicia: Will people be able to open up their cars? I know one of our members likes to show off his car and usually opens it up and puts his music on. Just asking in advance, will this be okay or does it need to wait for the show?

I'm not Alicia but i am from tulsa and help put asylum together. I'm going to say we will have to see when we get there how close we have to park the cars to see if he will be able to show off. I'm sure there will be plenty of room depending on how we park. your welcome.

Hey there yall! I'm a friend of the local Sciotics chapter here in St. Louis and I will be following them all down there to attend your show in my 09' xB. I am a nightclub DJ here in town and was curious if any of you had the hook up at any of the nightclubs/bars there in Tulsa to see if they would like a guest DJ for either Friday or Saturday night? Just curious...

As for the dj, we don't really have the hookup, I'd suggest just calling the places, you never know!
