Well i have an 08 white tC and i have the black spoiler on it...limo tint all around...

i need some help with this stuff though...

1. Do i paint the stock rims all black???
2. I want the lip kit,but question is do i just get like the carbon fiber front lip or go all out and get the whole thing?

If you put the lip kit on, go all out. Just the front cf would look out of place.

If you do the rims, leave the lip silver. I think that would look good.

yeah i was thinking the same about the lip kit....would you go all out in carbon fiber or just a lip kit? im leaving it all black too

Do the RS1 lip kit in carbon fiber. I think that would look great.

would look nice but overdone already. I don't agree with the rim suggestion, black all the way.

Yup, Silver lip is played out, Do all Black on the Rim!!! and Carbon Fiber lip spoiler all around or none, I say if your doing Carbon Fiber, you either go all the way or none at all cause then in the end it wont look good if your missing pieces that everyone knows the more too, like spoilers and lip kits

all black wheels.c/f lipkit and get the c/f doorsills to add in the look.and getting ur car lowered willl give it that evil stance with that lip kit on ur car.imo.

I'll play the Devil's advocate...are you just going to spray the rims or really paint them black? The reason I ask is, I saw a tC a few weeks ago with black rims, that the guy had just spray painted, and it looked pretty bad up close.

Just a thought but with a white tc the rims painted black look the best. Mine is on s-techs and if you wanna know how I painted the rims pm me. I hope this can help you with your choices.

I dont know about the all black on a white car on the rims. From a distance and in pictures you cant tell where the rims stops and the tire starts.... Two years and I am still trying to find rims for mine that i like.

everyone has there taste. I have had a bunch of people around my area stop me and compliment my car. I used to think the white and black was played out but the tC rims look soo good dressed in black.. Im thinking of painting my calipers black to..

Heather, which rims did you get (since I still haven't seen you with your newer tC yet)? Are they the stock 17's or are the Enkei 18's? If you got the Enkei's.... I'd get them powder coated black, not just painted.

Go all the way with the lip kit and if your going to do the rims I would get them powder coated.

wait for the RS2, ALL around on the lip kit....i dipped my stock rims in black chrome...so....i say powercoat also if you want that look OR do a flat black.
