it all depends how low you want, stech is low and h tech in like a normal, i dont have none I have zenn springs made by alphawerks. 2 in the front and 1.75 in the back, and its perfect.

I read a thread notto long ago on the echo forums about not buying teins unless your getting the top of the line that was from wraith who I might add has the fastest and best handling echo in the country pushing over 200whp. there has been alot of disscusion that tein is being to commercialized here in the states and that quality has gone down on their lower end stuff. maybe it was a hooplah thread but i take those guys pretty seriousley. If your buying springs TRD are good and they settle even further after about a years use. or megan racing springs they have the highest spring rates of any lowering spring out there and even beat some coilovers the downside is the car tends to get bouncy I have run both. I tend to prefer the TRD springs going on two years with no problems. they deliver a smooth ride and also give a nice handling increase. As far as tein is concerned i don't know if the rumors have weight or not I would certainley look at progress technologies coilovers before going with tein coilovers they just hold more records. for springs it's a hot debated issue for sure somone who is a little more familiar with tein may be able to shed a little bit more light on this subject.

Guys - he's talking about ones for the tC. S-Techs put your car VERY low. Just ask Matt (tCMetalFreak). If you have problems with roads (and around New Ro, I think you will), stick with some other springs. TRD's give a very nice drop and will eventually settle lower.
