Need Some Help Please

I had a blast at Sanitarium despite the rain. It was a cold, rainy weekend, but well worth the long drive.

However, when I went down to my car Sunday morning, I got a little surprise. Someone had hit my front bumper and put a huge dent into it. I wasn't too upset about the dent, just the fact that someone would hit a car and not even leave a note.

I talked to the hotel management and they are looking into it and I also filed a police report. The incident happened between 2am and 10am Sunday morning.

I am not sure if it was a Scion or not. There was a little bit of dark paint transfer on the bumper. It was BSP or BCP or another dark color. Like I said, I am not sure if it was another Scion or not, but would like to find out who it is exactly. I understand accidents happen and am not mad about the bumper. I am upset that the person can't own up what they did though.

When I went out and saw the damage, there was one car missing around where my car was parked. It was next to Blake's xD and the dark tC. If anyone knows who's car was parked there, please let me know so I can contact them. I am not sure if it was that car or not, but it looked like if that person came out of the spot and didn't turn their wheel in time, they would have hit my bumper.

bro, it was good to meet u and hope u made it home safe and sound. man, sorry for tha unfortunate damage issue..i hope everyone that took pics from the upper floors can post them up here so we can look at tha cars that were back there and are able to identify which car was possibly involved.

We will definitely go over our photos also and get back to you! Unfortunately I think most of our hotel pics were taken Saturday after the parade.

I sincerely hope this wasn't one of 'ours'! I expect more.

Note to who may have done this: Tons of pics out there... even if there isn't one, do the right thing and PM Tony ASAP. He can then pull this thread, and you will sleep better at night. You may have done it in the wee hours of the morning with the Sub thumpin and not even have known it, check your bumpers for damage, if it's scraped with Red pain then you win!

Yea. Like I said, I'm not mad. I'd just like to know who did it so I can get it taken care of. If someone on here did it and you PM me, I'll close this thread and get it taken care of quietly. If it was someone that wasn't with our group, karma will come back and bite them in the ass.

Thanks guys. I saw some people outside taking pics in the lot when we got back. If anyone has any of those pics of the parking lot, I would really appreciate taking a look at them and seeing if we can track down who may have hit my car.

BoxxxyLady, I thought the same thing about the parking spot. I actually wondered if we ran out of spots, we could have guarded each other and put the extra Scions in the middle of the lanes and block the middle at the front and back of the rows.

I wish I could help you out, but I wasn't staying at that hotel. Some people just have no respect for other people's property. They should have at least left some contact info on your windshield or at the front desk.

BTW: Was it your tC that had the Stage0 turbo? If so that was a clean looking setup.

Yea, I had the turbo, though it is more of a Stage 0.5 haha. Thanks for the compliment. :up:

When I get caught up at work, I am going to start going through all the pics I can find and seeing if I can use my skills from watching CSI to figure out who hit my car.

I am actually thinking about getting out my old microscope (yes, I was/am a geek) and scraping off some of the paint transfer, then seeing if I can determine the color of the vehicle that hit me. Narrowing it down to a specific color could really help.
