Ok talked to Cliff today at IFO
Here is what I got Finalized with him
We will have 100 Advance tix for the Sanitarium weekend and Showing for import Faceoff
That will allow up to 100 cars/spectators in for the Car show portion
(anybody who is in ,can still spectate the racing, you will recive a wristband at the show)
IMPORTANT
Now the people that drive over 200 miles to come to ATL (which will be alot) will need to D/L and submit the pre-reg form from his site for the freebie entry.
Here is how to get the voucher if you drive over 200 miles
FREE COMPETITION ENTRY vouchers are given to car show contestants and heads up racers (not bracket racers) who travel from 200 miles or further away. To receive your free competition entry voucher, email the following information to hybridentertainment78@yahoo.com (hybridentertainment78@yahoo.com) (information must be emailed at least 1 one week before show).
1) First and last name
2) City, State traveling from
3) Make/model car
4) 1/4 mile time and engine setup if planning to race.
5) Picture attachment of your car or online link to picture
6) Put that you are part of the Scion St Paddys shows
Free competition entry vouchers must be presented with a valid drivers license at the front gate on the day of the show. Drivers license must show city/state that is 200 miles away from track location. Passengers must pay general admission.

People who have the "freebie 200+ mi. entry" will be able to get tix from me for the passengers, spouses, friends etc.

Children under 12 will be admitted free!!!!!!! so no worries there
He will have an entire taped off "scion city" at the track for all of our participants and a special entry and cashier to take our tix/credentials

People who want to Drag race or Test n Tune will have to pay thier own separate entry fees, (for the racing portion) due to liability issues. It's 20.00 for Racing and test n tune

3/15/09 from 11 am to 6 pm. Car show registration from 10am to 12pm, judging begins at 1, awards ceremony at 5:30. Race registration starts at 10am, heads up qualifying at 12:00, 1:00, & 2:00. Eliminations at 3:30, 4:30, & 5:30.
EVENT ACTIVITIES:
Car/truck/bike show, 1/4 mile drag racing , stereo crank it up contest, burnout contest, $400 hot body contest (ladies, call 225-247-7223 to register - weather permitting), raffles and giveaways, models, vendors, and DJs.
SHOW PRICES - All registration on day of show at front gate
Spectator $15 with flier (regular $17) *flyers printed off computer ok to use - right click on flyer image, print. Coupon only good for spectator admission.
