This is the same hotel we have used the past few years & is so close to the new parking garage it's eerie...

Tell them you are with Scikotics when you call, you will not get the discount rate if you book online.
Rooms are reserved for both Friday and Saturday. (6/5 & 6/6/9)

Rates are the same as the past at $72/night. This is a very nice hotel.

And as in past years, we will have an exclusive parking area. We are also working on reserving everyone in the same section of the hotel so we won't have to worry about other guests

Please let me know if you have any issues reserving your rooms!

They should really section off that long section of the hotel that was by itself for this event. That way we can party it up without disturbing any of their other guests.

Also, you may wanna call and book asap cuz theres a gun and knife show that weekend and apparently they sleep over cuz he asked me if I was with them. Didn't thik about seeing how cheap those rooms were, lol!

Correct. It's just to reserve it, in case you wuss out & don't cancel your room. I think you can even pay for it differently when you get here

You don't have to pay up front all they do is take your information down and when you check in or out that's when you pay. There is 175 rooms total I know that at least 15 are booked from the texas area if not more. Might want to get a room while you can

Just reserved mine, heading up from VA - I took a double so i'll have 1 - 2 extra spots in the room if someone is interested.

Also he said I got a rate for $69, might want to check up on that. I did mention I was with Scikotics staying June 5 for one night to June 6th.

Now here's a question:

Are they going to tolerate us partying it up like we did last year? I remember 5-0's showing up 3 times last year because the other people were complaining... I got pretty sick of having to tip-toe through the hotel, and then even practically tip-toe through the parking lot during the night, and have to ninja myself out of there when they showed up.

I'm not going to be able to go this year, since I'm currently deployed and I'm going to be back later in the year. I just figured I might as well ask this question on behalf of everyone who went last year...

If you really want some seperation, either request a room away from our block (it's a pretty big place), or you can book at the Red Roof Inn which is literally surrounded by the Holiday Inn Select we're staying at.

Last year, we were on the 2nd floor, away from "our" parking lot and had no problems with noise. Maybe my blood alcohol level played a small part in that tho... :-)

When I booked mine I told the guy I wanted to use my debit card but he said not to give that number but he still reserved my room and gave me a confirmation number. You don't really need a card, BUT if you have a credit card handy it helps. Either way, they don't charge til you get there. Just as long as you have your confirmation number you are booked! Another room just opened up....I called to see if we could request an early check-in and was told that we had 2 rooms reserved..so I cancelled one of them..and still requested the early check in..just in case we get there earlier than check-in time... :)
