yeah, randy's box is freakin sweet. its like 9" lower than stock- when he droppes it, its literally on the ground. no clearance at all...
he customized all sort of shit to slam it that low. sat in his garage forever. he lives accross town. i see it once in a while at the local shows.

Functioning xb i would say no, and i wouldnt say the one in stylewagons will be any lower, just bigger wheels. The work going into this one is awesome with the refabbed strut towers that look stock and all. He has really set the bar high for anyone who would want to follow.

i've seen a body dropped xb around OKC, its blue with 22's on the back and 20's on the front, but it was gutted out so it's a 2 seater and it rides and stops like ass, but it lays body though, it didn't have OK tags and i don't remember where he said he's from

I don't know if he's the lowest xB in the world.
I know of at least 3 xB's in the Northeast here that are on bags.. they all sit on the ground.
ASK, AND YE SHALL RECIEVE!
the rear is laying "frame" the front is laying the bolt heads for the subframe connectors (but they are almost worn off)

I don't see how you could possibly go lower than Randy's. I mean I have seen lots of bagged xB's but they don't sit ON the ground. Randy's sits ON the ground.

Not only one of, if not the lowest, that xb is as clean as it gets, the mods are simple and to the point.

now just to get mine to sit low enought aht it picks the wheels up off the ground....
but yeah... what size are randys wheels, because then that might be what sets ivans box apart.... i mean on the ground on 17's or 18's isnt that hard... but to get the 20's to tuck on these cars...........
