i believe that for the rear wiper its not to hard. if you take the thing off the inside of your hatch of you should beable to get to the assembly. and as for the rear seats they just bolt up

take the cover off the wiper and take off the bolt (10mm) then remove the wiper blade from the stud.
Go inside and gently pop off the panel clips that hold the cardboard (be careful the cardboard will bend)
once you get the cardboard piece off there are 3 10mm bolts that you need to undo, and one clip i believe.
After you get the bolts taken care of you can pull the motor assembly out.
Put the clips back in the panel, get a 1 inch plug to fill the hole, and your done. It's not hard at all

The rear seats are easy too. Fold them down and take off the bolts down at the bottom to get the backs off. To get the bottom of the seat out just pull hard straight up, it just pops up like legos. :)

i know that this is an old thread but i was curious if anyone had trouble getting the wiper arm to come off. i about lost my sanity trying to pull it off for about 20 minutes. is there some trick after you take the 10 mm nut off the arm?

Thats wierd.....Do you use the wiper often? Maybe its just sealed up against the rubber washer.

Gently rock the wiper assembley back and forth left and right and/or up and down. It is "pressure" mounted. By that I mean held on the splines by the 10mm nut. It was probaly over tightened at assembly.
