except for that red backing that is on them... its so tacky when you open the hatch on a black xD and all you see is RED from the silly lights...

I like those. Im gonna have to get them for the RS 1. I agree the factory tails do look good and i thought about painting the red housing black.

I painted my stock ones black. They looked much better but still wasnt what I wanted. I like these much better. My stock ones with black backing are for sale if anyone needs them.

Oh by the way, these new ones are black on the back if anyone was wondering.

They are smoother than the stock ones. They dont have that little area that kinda sticks out. So I think it should be easier to put overlays on.
