Bluetooth Hands-free Phone Adapter For Stock HU?

After riding in my boss' Acura RL (I think its an 05) and drooling over his total hands-free bluetooth set up for his cell, I was wondering if there is any way to do something like this in my 07 tC with the stock HU?

Some kind of adapter or other device that would plug in via the aux jack or even something that a stereo shop could install?

let me do some checking for you...i know i have done some for dealerships with the motorola ihf850 and ihf1000. that works with any radio.
