YEAH!! no bent valves!!!

Had my timing chain skip some teeth, and caused an oil spew at my head gasket, so I installed a new head gasket, chain/tensioner/guides, manifold gasket, valve cover gasket.

After finishing the job, it won't start. Is there some sort of safety switch that needs to be reset? It acts like it's not firing....or not getting fuel.

What are you working on? Sounds like timing issues...did you make sure you were TDC (top dead center)? If not, you have to break her back down and set your timimg TDC.
