check with your maintnence log to do the services needed. As for as automatic transmissions and coolant systems you can do several drain and fills to the auto trans until it gets clean like new even though its not due until 60k and as far the coolant it has long life yota fluid in it you shouldnt have to change it yet or even drain and fill it but if the maintence log says to then just drain and refill the radiator or go to a parts store and ask about flushing the system yourself, they usually have kits to do that.

Im trying to remember correctly at 30k for my car the following neede to be done

Oil change - At Walmat Penzoil synthetic 5w30 5qt container and filter cost me $25. the oil filter is located under the vehicle on the front/bottom section of the motor next to the oil pan. Drain it, plug it, change the filter. Add the oil i believe its like 3.75 or 4 qts for the tc. Press the trip button down and hold it while turning the key to the on position to reset the maintenance light. Start it and make sure the pressure light and check engine light go out.

Air filter - any parts store - i have a K&N Drop in filter

Injection Service - Additive in gas tank (i use Chevron with Techron from walmart), Clean throttle body, Decarbonize intake manifold via vacuum system (this service may need to be done at a lube shop unless you can get your hands on a commercial grade aerosol can to do the decarbonizing). Clean the Mass air flow sensor while your at it with the appropriate cleaner.

Spark plugs - Disconnect/Remove coil packs loosen them pull em out. gap new plugs to spec. Put dielectric grease (small amount) inside coil boot, anti seize on new plug threads (small amount) . screw in and when snug tighten 1/4 turn more. reinstall Coils. (was due on my Xa at 30k)

Tire rotation and balance - Nuff said

Cabin air filter due at 20K miles should of been replaced - Open the glove box. take a phillips head screw driver and unscrew the arm on the right side of the box if applicable. Push in the sides of the box while pulling towards you to remove it from the dash. There is a small tray that will pop out and there should be a filter in it if not it was optional from the factory. you can install one if you want. it serves the same purpose as the one at home (filters pollen, dust, and dirt from the ac system). put everything back together.

Inspect brakes- checking the brake pads typically in the front since they take the most abuse thats the way the braking system is set up. Pad is equal to the backing plate of the pad itself then you should have them replaced/replace them in the near future. The pads wear varies depending on driving style check the lines and calipers make sure they arent leaking / cracked. IF THE BRAKE FLUID IS LOW BUT THERE ARE NO LEAKS DO NOT FILL THE CONTAINER. When the brake service is done and the piston in the calipers are compressed the level will raise back up to the normal level and then the system should be bled to ensure no air got into it, and then the rest of the fluid changed with new fluid. Try not to open the cap on the brake master cylinder for extended periods of time because the fluid is very absorbant and loves moisture/dirt/dust and those things in moderate amounts can damage/effect braking performance

Making sure everything is tight, not broken/cracked, or leaking for the following:
Inspect Exahust System
Inspect suspension
Inspect drive belts
