whats everyone getting?
my friend has an app on his iphone that does an estimate of quarter mile. if anything the real speed/time is faster than what it says.

i have an auto 06' tc, i was slapstick shifting and i powerbraked the launch and got 14.85. my tc has slight mods. (dont make fun of my auto lol).

what times you getting?

Either you have a lot of mods or the iPhone app is off by a bit. An auto with I/H/E should be getting around 15.6 at the absolute best. You should go to a strip and check the accuracy of the app, especially since you shouldn't be driving recklessly on public roads.

I would agree with nite, 15.6 for i/h/e sounds about right. u have to consider launch time! I will be close to that when I run on a flat track:weight:

okay good. thats why i posted this. i was thinking that the app was making my car faster than what it actually was. I know autos are slower. thanks for doin some justice..and the closest track is like 4 hours away.

i ran a 16.1 with intake and catback in 90 degree weather with 100% humidity with crap for traction. now i have I/H/E/P short shift and all kinda goodies. hope to see what i can run now. friend of mine ran a 14.8 with I/H/E and 75 shot.

wow a 14.8 isnt bad for an auto with that.... or does the car have alot of extra weight?

yeah that extimation is off.... cause my car at the track ran a 14.8 with i/h/e.... and nothing in the interior at all and its a stick.....so your i phone is off by alot......and like tony said 15.6 at best....and you really should keep it off the streets......i once was wreckless it doesnt pay to have a shit driving record... in fact you pay for a worthless driving record....and if you dant have a track close try to get a small buisness loan and open one....im sure there are lots like you in your area

I dont think the 14.8 is auto.... dont quote me though

My auto turbo tc runs a 14.6 in 90+ degrees at capitol
best time was last year old exhaust and bad tune 14.5 at MIR (late nov, cold)....and my cars weighed down like WHOA

yea def a stick with the 14.8 but like i said. this is louisiana. humid and moist as hell. and always really hot. i think my car could prob run a 14 something with traction and nice cool weather and basically the perfect day for racing. next time we go to the trach we will see what we get cause im sure he will def keep his nitrous and he just ordered a pulley so that should help him out some more. i hope i run at least a high 14 or so. maybe mids.

No way you can do 14.8 with an auto unless you've gone F/I.

15.75 isn't good for a Manual tC. 16.2 is good for an auto. I ran 16.7 nearly stock.
