Ok folks, nothing like a little planning ahead, right? Check the calendar for the latest and more detailed info, but here are the highlights.
This Sunday there is a Gunny show at Cocktail Cove in Sandy Springs. As always, if you want to show, bring it clean, but you do not have to show to hang out. It is actually a nice venue to show your car outside and sit inside to eat and socialize.
Next Saturday is a big show in Acworth. The organizer is very Scion friendly and also runs the shows at Hooters in Kennesaw. This is supposed to be a big show with a ton of classes, several of which we can compete in. It will be a long day (10-5) so be prepared. Please contact me if you want to go so we can try to roll in together. It may be difficult to get together otherwise.
As hopefully everyone knows, Exposed is the following weekend in Zenia, OH. Right now we have 5 cars and 8 folks going. On top of that, we will meet up with Alabama along the way. Gunny is back at Twisted Tavern on the 25th. You know the drill. Good parking lot for hanging out, and lots of places nearby for an after-show bread-breaking with your fellow club members.
Just to make a long post even longer, please remember our new water selling campaign. At $1 a bottle, we can start raising funds for chapter "stuff". Think about it the next time you are at an event.
