Wanna get 08s for my 05.....what all do I need for them to work besides the lights themselves...DIY???

Ok, from what I know, its pretty much a plug and play. If you are looking for a DIY, I'm sure SL has one up somewhere. I'll look and see if I can find one.

Oh, for propper fitment, you'll need to take the front bumper off. Oh, and let me know where you got your '08's from because I've been wanting a set for a very long time!!!

Try asking Longo Scion if they have them. If not TRD Sparks has them for $200/each, not including shipping. It is on their website trdsparks.com. The 08s use a H11 bulb, while the 05-07 use 9006. Easiest thing to do if you're not running HIDs already is to just order a HID kit that is 9006 ballast with H11 bulbs. Some of the sponsored sales ppl on SL will do that for you. If you're already running HIDs then just get a set of H11 bulbs from whoever you got the HIDs from.
