I'm sure one of you might know the answer to this...
I'm lowering with TRDs tomorrow... I'm putting on the '11 tc 18"s and stock rubber TOYO Proxes next Friday... From posts I read I believe the overall diameter will be increased with the TC rims/tires... Do you think I'll have any rubbing issues?
Any help greatly appreciated!

I dont think you should have any problems.
The tC2 18x7.5 +39 wheels have 225/45-18 OEM tires. No rubbing on the TRD drop, but a heavier spring drop would most likely require fender rolling to keep from rubbing, and still might rub the inner fender liner.
Here is a preview for you... enjoy.

ROB, does the diff in diameter greatly affect mph, etc?

I think the diff in diameter will have affect the engine will have to work harder to achieve the acceleration most of us expect in a car. That goes for starting from a stop to passing on the freeway, you will be pushing down harder and longer on the gas to get both of these done. These engines are pretty weak in the torque dept. so it takes rpm to get them moving, to get the same rpm with bigger diameter tires will take longer and cost more fuel... at least in my theory.
