Echo struts and bumpstops

Im lowered right now on s techs (2006 xB) with 215 35 18 tires and will be installing the echo front struts for the extra 1/2" drop up front

My question is do i need to cut the bumpstops at all when using the echo struts?

you shouldnt have to. the strut assembly is the same its just the location of the mounting hardware thats different.
