OMG!! So I posted this question on another Scion Website Forum, but I don't think those who replied ever actually tried it...
I purchased the wrong vent shades/wind deflectors, um AFTER I sent payment I realized the shades I bought are for an xb 1.0 ... I of course havent opened the box, but don't really know how to return things on line, so I don't want to open the box so I can sell them as new if indeed they won't fit...... ANYWAY....
will the vent shades/wind deflectors for a 1.0 Scion XB fit the windows on a 2.0 Scion XB????? --

Unfortunately they won't fit. The xB2 is larger. It'll look funny. Time to return, sell in classifieds, or eBay.

post a for sale becuase if you return, you pay shipping probably, and lose money on the return!! I made mistake of shipping for $60 on a $100 purchase and won't do that again!!:hurt:

are these the "in-channel" ones, I don't want the ones that stick on with tape, i like the sleek look of the in channel.

The WeatherTech are in-channel on front and rear. They are not stick on. I love mine. Super easy to install and seem to be good quality. He is the pic of mine:

I got them mostly to leave my windows cracked open during the hot summer days when parked at work. It really does help keep the interior cooler and with the rains and thunderstorms, I don't have to worry about it getting wet inside. These also come all the way down to the window sill rubber. It doesn't look like the others do.

I found gen 2 shades at real truck.com don't know what brand they are but they are 70 out the door
I just got mine from VentShade @69.00 installed. Local store here Solar Control was able to get them finally. Looks good and love the fact about leaving the window open or just laid back driving moves air in the car. I'll post mine, they use the 3m tape vs channel install.
