i wouldnt recommend replacing the throttle body, its not worth the headache and chance of warranty voiding for the very minimal gain if any.

if you are looking for some thing to do to the throttle body i recommend putting a spacer on it add a couple horses, not to expensive and it helps with mpg.

Throttle body spacers do absolutely nothing for power or gas mileage in our cars. It is a cosmetic piece that you can't even really see.

I dont think i quite understand why you want to upgrade the tb? There are people making 450+ whp and using the stock throttle body... Id invest your money elsewhere

I have yet to see an aftermarket company release this yet. I had a friend who modified a 68mm 5.0 mustang TB to fit his tC. It needed a custom mounting bracket/plate to mate properly.
Too much work for the extra flow

I know for a fact one company at one time had the bigger TB released. I think they quit selling this due to them having issues with CEL after boring and replacing the butterfly valve and reassembly. I contacted them about buying one of these and there reply stated the problem they were having.
