unfortunately i had to drill into the interior fuse box panel seeing as my switch panel is full already. thankfully that covering has areas for switches already :)

so before i get questions, i got them from oznium.com
http://www.oznium.com/led-flex-strips

there's 9 strips total. 2 in the rubber part on the hood, 1 in the rear behidn the engine, 1 on each side of the enging bay, and 2 shining each of the center grilles. there will be updated pictures next weekend when i get my blue killer glass installed.

thoughts?

and just to show you the rest of the car lighting-

The led strips are badass, I used two on each of my wheels.

i was going to do 1 strip in each wheel well when i originally ordered them and planned on using 1 strip per grille. that just wasnt bright enough though, so i doubled up in the grilles. that left me with 2 strips leftover. came up with the hood liner idea from there. i'll eventually be getting the wheel wells done too, that's just another order i'll have to make

i ended up tieing all 4 grille strips together, the left side hood strip + left side compartment strip together, the behind the engine strip by itself, and the right side hood strip + right side compartment strip together... all with butt connectors. once they were tied together, i twisted some black and red wires together with a drill and ran extensions over to where the brake cylinder is. here i combined everything to 1 red and 1 black wire. the black go grounded to the bolt that holds the brake cylinder bracket on and the red ran into to the cabin. there I ran to a switch that i had to mount on my fuse box cover. I tapped power from another switch i already installed.

i now have 5 switches in my tC, and another will be added next weekend when i do my strobe lights. sheesh! fog lights, interior cathodes, interior leds, underbody kit, and now engine bay + grille lighting
